The basket investment strategy is the creation of a basket by diversifying your investments with the budget you create. The more diversified your investments are, the greater the potential for an increase in your rate of return. There is no minimum budget for basket investment; you choose which real estate properties you want to invest in.

For example: With your X budget, we purchase 3 pieces of land, and 2 houses in different regions and invest in a tourism project. According to your request, the lands are ready for resale, one of the properties is ready for resale, the other property is ready for renting (short & medium & long term) and the tourism project is ready for shared ownership after completion.
