How do you ensure home security? The safety of both your home and your guests is our priority. For this reason, for your home security, we only accept guests with confirmed ID and good reviews from other hosts. For our guests, we make sure that the locks and security systems of the houses are secure.
What happens if there is damage to my home? Popular short-term rental platforms insure your home up to 1 million dollars against such incidents. In such cases, we claim the damage to your home from these platforms
When do you pay? After all bookings within 1 month are realized, we receive payments from the rental platforms and make payments between 10-15 of the following month. For example; The fees for the bookings made for January are sent to your bank account between February 10-15 after they are received from the rental platforms.
Can I use my home whenever I want? Yes, but you must give us 15 days notice. We will automatically book the days you choose in the listings.
Do you have a minimum contract period? Yes, our minimum contract period is 6 months.
I have my own rules for my home. Do they apply when I work with you? Of course, we can shape the bookings according to what you add and inform the guests.
How long does it take to publish the ads? After all the procedures are completed (contract, photography, etc.), your advertisement is entered and published within 48 hours.
Which items should I leave in my house? We do not recommend you leave any of your personal belongings (sofa, white goods, kitchen equipment, etc.) in order to build mutual trust.
